Who we are

This funnel is run by Moopar to supply · legal entity name -- currently Black Mage Solutions LLP? [confirm] for The Order, a program by Vishak Moopar.

What we collect

Your answers to the questions on this site, your name and mobile number, your health details (such as how long ago you were diagnosed and your HbA1c bands), lab reports you upload, a voice note if you record one, and your signature on the pledge.

We also record which pages you visited and which ad brought you here, so we know where people stop.

Why we collect it

To prepare your Break Report and your call with Vishak. Nothing else.

Who sees it

Vishak and his team. Your health answers, reports and voice note are never sent to advertising platforms.

Moopar to supply · list of processors to name, e.g. hosting, database, email -- lawyer to confirm

Your consent

You give two separate consents before your report: one to be contacted, and one for your health answers to be stored. You can withdraw either at any time.

Withdraw and erase

Write to Moopar to supply · public contact email for the footer and Privacy page and we will delete your answers, files and record.

How long we keep it

If you do not become a member, your files are deleted automatically after 12 months.
